LITHO-LAMINATION
"The process of gluing (laminating) a litho printed sheet (litho); to a corrugated secondary substrate, thus creating a hybrid (litho-laminated) sheet."
We are able to offer some of the largest integrated litho-lamination process systems within Europe, enabling us to produce and develop an extensive range of high quality value added packaging, point-of-sale, display and promotional print, encompassing a wide range substrates including B, C, E and microflute, single-face, double-face and twin-wall corrugated flutes as well as solid boards and speciality materials.
To supplement the litho-lamination process we are able to offer a wide range of automatic die-cutting, creasing and gluing services, selected to naturally complement and enhance the specifications of the large format presses.
a few technicalities…
The key to success with all large format litho-lam projects is simple; you'll need an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all the processes involved and an ability to communicate this and any potential idiosyncrasies fully from design concept onwards. You'll need to make informed substrate selections from the outset and have a real appreciation of the stability and attributes of the laminated hybrid material and its ultimate suitability for purpose… well, maybe not all that simple then!
